Pioneer and manufacturer of FRP & Stamped metal satellite antennas.

1997

Pioneer and consultant in PET bottle recycling process and plants.

1998

Developed a Technology to recycle waste scrap PET bottles into granules and subsequent conversion into PET bottles.

1998

Project Consultant to Scrape PET Bottles regenerated into Polyester Staple Fibre.

2010

Technology to incinerate Mixed plastics to stop them from entering a landfill.

2012

Developed Waste Plastic to Oil (WPO) Technology to process End of Life (EOL) Waste Plastics segregated from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) into Thermo fuel Oil, similar to Diesel.

2016

Developed a new technology to convert post-consumer waste plastics into Waste Plastic Crumb (WPC) manufactured to IRC:SP:98-2013 STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS for road laying application.

2017

Developed another technology, Waste Aided Recycle Production (WARP) process to manufacture Products from Polymer Sand Composite material utilizing Reprocessed Waste Plastics, sand, Calcium carbonate, gypsum and  Calcium Silicate, inert and industrial wastes as raw materials for making

First international project execution in Botswana, South Africa

Utilization of MLP (Multi-Layer Plastics), a difficult to recycle material, shredded into less than 10 mm size without any pre-processing.

Developed a solvent based unique coat with multiple color choice to apply as topping over the surface of roof tiles, paving blocks, parking floor tiles, terrace tiles, false ceiling tiles for exterior & interior application. Costs cheaper than applying paint and pigments. Survives 10 years & more. without damage to surface

Developed a technology to process high viscous plastics like PE grade materials in the WARP process.
