Cold water at a temperature of about 18 - 23 C is required to circulate into die mold, Bearing Housing and Barrel of the HMS to keep the temperature under control during the process in all these locations.
Temperature control in die mold is paramount to maintain quality and faster output of the products. Cold water is used in bearing housing to keep high temperature away from high cost bearings to maintain longer life.
